Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no extra cost. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs:
